Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

The short version: we collect what we need to send you a kit, and nothing else. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it for advertising, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect

When you just look around: nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.

When you order a kit: your name, email address and shipping address, so we can send the kit and a receipt; and an order record — what you bought, the amount, and a reference from our payment processor. We need the record for accounts and tax.

When you email us: whatever you send, so we can answer.

What we don’t collect

No card details — those go straight to Stripe and never touch our server. No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. The only cookie this site sets is one that keeps the site working while you use it. We don’t follow you around the internet.

Watching the videos

The videos are on a separate site, learn.doodlegoat.com, which doesn’t ask who you are at all. It has its own short privacy page.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to get a kit to you:

  • DreamHost — hosting and email
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • The postal or delivery service — your name and address, to deliver the kit

None of them get your data for their own purposes. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, because tax rules require it. Emails you send us are kept only as long as they’re useful for helping you.

Your choices

  • See what we hold — email us and we’ll send it to you.
  • Delete it — email us and we’ll remove your personal details. We have to keep bare order records for tax, but we’ll strip them of anything identifying.
  • Correct it — email us.
  • Stop any email from us — one click on the unsubscribe link in the email.

All of that goes to hello@doodlegoat.com. No forms, no hoops.

Children

Our kits are made for adults, and orders must be placed by an adult. We don’t knowingly collect a child’s details; if we learn we have, we’ll delete them.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. We don’t store passwords or card details.

Changes

If this policy changes we’ll update the date above.
