Who we are

DoodleGoat sells learn to draw kits for beginners at doodlegoat.com. You can reach us any time at hello@doodlegoat.com.

What you’re buying

Every kit is a physical product that we send to you by mail. What’s inside is listed on each kit’s page. Each kit also includes a card with a QR code and a password, which open that kit’s step-by-step videos at learn.doodlegoat.com.

The videos

Once you have your card, you can watch your kit’s videos as many times as you like. There is no account to make. Keep the card — the password on it is how you get back in on a new phone or computer.

The videos stay available for as long as we’re running. If we ever had to close, we’d say so on the site first.

What you can do with a kit

• Draw it, finish it, frame it, and post photos of what you made — including publicly, and including tagging us
• Give the kit to someone else. The card and its password go with it
• Watch the videos with the people in your household

Please don’t:

• Post your password anywhere public, or share it with people who don’t have a kit
• Copy, download or re-upload the videos, or reproduce the artwork to sell
• Use the kits or videos in a paid class, workshop, or business without asking us first — just email and we’ll almost certainly say yes

We keep the copyright in the artwork and the videos. The kit is yours; the right to copy what’s in it is not.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change, but never for something you’ve already bought. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is $5.99 per order, or free on orders over $50, and the amount is shown before you pay. Orders go out within a few business days. If your kit arrives damaged, or something is missing, email us and we’ll put it right.

If something goes wrong

We do our best to keep the site and the videos working, but we can’t promise they will never be down. If you can’t get to the videos for a kit you own, email us and we’ll sort it out — that’s a promise we can actually keep.

Our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms we’ll update the date at the top. Changes aren’t retroactive — the terms you agreed to when you bought something are the ones that apply to it.
