Our Happiness Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your kit. If it isn’t what you hoped for, you have 14 days from the day it arrives to return it for a refund.

Email hello@doodlegoat.com with your order number and the reason, and we’ll send you the return address. Please don’t post a kit back without emailing first — we can’t accept returns we aren’t expecting.

How the guarantee works

• Send the kit back. It’s fine if you’ve opened it. Please include everything that came in it.
• Return shipping is yours to pay. We don’t cover the cost of sending a kit back.
• Original shipping isn’t refunded. The refund is for the price of the kit.
• When it arrives. We’ll check the kit and email you. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method; your bank usually takes a few days to show it.

If it arrives damaged, or it’s the wrong kit

Check your order when it arrives and email us straight away with a photo. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

If you’re unhappy with your drawing

That’s a normal part of learning to draw, and it isn’t a fault with the kit. Our advice is on every kit page under “What if I mess up?”

Your legal rights

Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to cancel or return a purchase. Nothing here takes that away — if the law gives you a better right, you keep it.
